2008 Mid-States Treasurers Report June 21, 2008 |
On September 8, 2007 our Certificate of Deposit received $239.46 in interest. This amount was applied to the $6,880.95 CD bringing the total to $7,120.41. As of August 25, 2007 our checking account balance was $981.70. On August 27, 2007 I wrote a check in the amount of $250.00 to the International Dark Sky Association to renew our membership for one year as approved during the 2007 business meeting. This gives us a total of $731.70 in the checking account. On August 26, 2007 I purchased ink cartridges for the region printer costing $35.24. This purchase was made with petty cash funds. I now hold $168.70 in the petty cash fund. The combination of $7,120.41 held in our CD, $731.70 in the checking account and $168.70 held in the petty cash fund gives the Mid-States Treasury a total of $8,020.81. |
